Piver Parfumerie in Paris, France. It features beautiful artwork that is signed G. Delaittre, and has a lovely pattern on the backside, along with the address of the business. The fan is in good condition with a slight tare on the left side toward the top, which I will highlight in the photographs. The art features a blue genie like character surrounded by red roses.
